Collection Representatives

Job Requirements:
Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills. PC proficient. Previous call center/telemarketing experience is a plus.

Command Center Supervisor

Job Requirements:
College degree preferred. Must possess superior PC, Word, Excel, Access and troubleshooting skills to assist in the correction of most PC problems on the Collections floor. Must have excellent investigative and problem resolution skills. Must be highly flexible and have excellent communication skills within all levels of business. Demonstrated analytical, people management, and process flow management skills. 3-5 years of automated dialer (Mosaix) experience preferred. 3-5 years of Collection experience preferred.

Senior Vice President of Collections

Job Requirements:
Four-year degree in business, finance, communications or related subjects. Over 10 years of credit and collection experience. 3-5 years of senior level management experience. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with sub-prime portfolios and collection agencies is a plus. Some international travel will be required.

Marketing Analyst III

Job Requirements:
4 year degree in quantitative area such as accounting, business administration, finance mathematics, economics OR at least 2 years of college-level business or statistical classes and equivalent industry experience. Should have 2+ years risk management or statistical work experience. Knowledge of financial analysis and profitability drivers. 2-4 years advanced use of at least one of the following: Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Oracle or SAS. Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly complex environment. Demonstrated strong analytical, conceptual and quantitative problem-solving skills. Sound project management skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio).

RISK MANAGEMENT

BI Application Developer

Job Requirements:
2+ years experience working extensively with SQL. Keen interest in understanding business issues through detailed information analysis. Thorough understanding of index design and database optimization techniques. Ability to work in a collaborative environment on complex problems. Sound judgment to develop effective solutions from loosely stated requirements. Intense attention to detail - Should be able to effectively QA own work product to make sure that warehouse data and published reports are complete and accurate. Exceptional problem solving and communication skills.

Risk Analyst II

Job Requirements:
4 year Degree in a quantitative area such as accounting, business administration, finance, mathematics, economics OR at least 2 semesters of college-level business or statistical classes and equivalent industry experience. Fraud Analyst

Job Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated grammatical ability. Good listening and problem resolution skills. Research ability and attention to detail is required. Good interpersonal skills. PC proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be highly flexible and quality focused. Must be a self-starter and work within a team dynamic.

Workforce Management Manager

Job Requirements:
Four year degree in a quantitative area such as accounting, business administration, finance mathematics, economics or at least two semesters of college level business or statistical classes and equivalent industry experience required.

Workforce Management Quantitative Operations Analyst

Job Requirements:
Work with a team to develop, implement, and evaluate Collections management strategies that improve profit, increase efficiency, and improve the customer experience. Strong technical/querying skills and ability to apply logic to queries to answer the business issue/question. Strong written and oral communication skills. Detail-oriented and accurate. Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly complex environment. Proficient in advising and producing quantitative results using SAS, SQL, Oracle, or other statistical software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and knowledge and hands on experience in practical data mining techniques. Four year degree in a quantitative area such as accounting, business administration, finance, mathematics or economics preferred and a minimum of two years in an operations analysis role. Critical, strategic thinking skills.

TREASURY & FINANCE

Financial Analyst / Project Coordinator

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience to include 3 years of project management or analytical (forecasting) experience. Applicant is required to be proficient in database applications to include data mining and modeling. Must possess advanced Excel skills and be able to model and build macros. Applicant must also possess strong organizational skills, be an independent thinker, self-motivated, and a critical problem solver. Preference will be given to those with credit card experience.

Process Accounting Representative

Job Requirements:
Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills, strong PC skills, Window, Excel, and MS Word required; understanding of macro's, recorders, and Visual Basic helpful. Ability to work well with minimal supervision; strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum of 2 years in Accounting is required with some check processing. Experience posting adjustments to cardholder accounts via online and batch processing in FDR system (3270).
