This two-year rotational program provides development opportunities and exposure to a variety of disciplines in addition to our senior leadership. Management Associates will also work together to complete a milestone project focused on a current business need.
We are looking for recent Masters / MBA graduates (with degrees obtained before August 2024) with concentrations in quantitative or technical disciplines, and 2 – 5 years of related work experience (3 – 5 years of work experience in the consumer credit card or the financial services industry is preferred). We are looking for recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree (obtained before July 2023) in computer science, electronics, science, engineering, or finance, with a 3.0 GPA, and work experience in customer service, financial services, or in the consumer credit card industry.

This one-year rotational program provides development opportunities and exposure to a variety of Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Portfolio Management, and Collections projects meant to enhance general day-to-day skills used in an entry-level role.
Candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Decision Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field of study with an expected graduation date of May or June 2023. Experience with Excel, SAS Programming, and/or SQL and query skills is preferred.
