Credit One Bank earns two 2025 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
LAS VEGAS (October 29, 2025) - Credit One Bank has been awarded Gold in the ‘Best, Unique or Innovative Talent Acquisition Program’ category and Bronze in the ‘Best Leadership Development Program’ category by the Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®. This marks the third straight year Credit One Bank has been awarded in the “Academy Awards of Human Capital Management.”
The 2025 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® recognizes best practices for initiatives in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and the Future of Work.
Credit One Bank’s innovative Information Management Leadership Program took Gold in the ‘Best, Unique or Innovative Talent Acquisition Program’ category. In the ‘Best Leadership Development Program’ category, the Bronze award went to Credit One Bank’s Managing as One program.
The Credit One Bank Information Management Leadership Program is a two-year IT rotational program established to develop early career professionals. Associates build soft skills through leadership development trainings and collaboration with IT leaders within the organization. Associates also learn technical skills through eight-month rotational assignments within departments ranging from Development, Infrastructure, Quality & Certification, Data, and more.
The Bank’s Managing as One program is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to enhance the skills of bank leaders in three fundamental areas: Managing Performance, Managing Team, and Managing Self.

- Overall effectiveness, impact, and measurable benefits.
