LAS VEGAS (October 17, 2023) - The 2023 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards® recognizes best practices for initiatives in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and the Future of Work.

Credit One Bank, a leader in the credit card industry, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Silver Medal on September 17, 2023. This award recognizes excellence in the Talent Acquisition category for the Bank’s innovative Summer Internship Program.

Credit One Bank’s internship program lasts ten weeks and brings on a variety of students from across the country to gain professional experience in fields including risk, marketing, finance, IT and operations. Students are paired with experts throughout the Bank, gaining insight into the professional world of finance and assisting with real-world projects.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of independent senior industry experts, executives, and Brandon Hall Group analysts based on these criteria: how the program fit the needs of the organization, how the program was designed, the delivery of the program and the measurable benefits.

Excellence Award winners will continue to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, happening February 13-15, 2024, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners also will serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
