LAS VEGAS (September 18, 2024) – Credit One Bank, a leader in the credit card industry, won a Gold Award for excellence in the Talent Acquisition category, and a Bronze Award for excellence in the Leadership Development category in the 2024 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®. The Bank received a Silver Award in Talent Acquisition in 2023.
The 2024 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® recognize best practices for initiatives in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and the Future of Work.
Credit One Bank’s Management Associate Program (MAP) won a Gold Award in the Best Unique or Innovative Talent Acquisition Program category. MAP, which launched in 2022, is a two-year rotational leadership program where participants receive hands-on technical training, mentorship, and professional development training.
The Bank’s Managing as One program was awarded the Bronze Award in the Best Leadership Development Program category. Managing as One is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to enhance the skills of bank leaders in three fundamental areas: Managing Performance, Managing Team, and Managing Self.

In 2023, Credit One Bank’s Summer Internship program won a Silver Award in the Talent Acquisition category. The internship program lasts 10 weeks and brings in a variety of students from across the country to gain professional experience in fields including risk, marketing, finance, IT and operations.

Excellence Award winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, January 28-30, 2025, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners will also serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
